eChina-UK disseminator - eLearning in China

eLearning is vital for China's modernization. It will play an increasingly important role in education because:

China's learners are distributed over vast geographical areas
There are huge numbers of learners but relatively few teachers
Over 2.3 million distance eLearners registered with Chinese universities (*Kang and Song, forthcoming)
